Policy Guidelines

Refund Policy:

 

Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at LightTouch Med Spa, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service. For Skin Care Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox®, Dermal Fillers, Kybella®) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered. In the event that you have a package or series of treatments, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by the Med Spa.

 

Arbitration Policy:

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY
TRIAL AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO ARBITRATE ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT

  1. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS REGARDING FUTURE CARE & TREATMENT. The patient agrees that any controversy, including without limitation, claims for medical malpractice, personal injury, loss of consortium, or wrongful death, arising out of or in any way relating to the diagnosis, treatment, or care of the patient by the undersigned provider of medical services, including any partners, agents, or employees of the provider of medical services, shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

 

  1. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS REGARDING PAST CARE & TREATMENT.

The patient further agrees that any controversy, including without limitation, claims for medical malpractice, personal injury, loss of consortium, or wrongful death, arising out of or in any way relating to the past diagnosis, treatment, or care of the patient by the undersigned provider of medical services or the provider’s partners, agents or employees, shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

Pre-Appointment Policy:

In order to conduct any laser treatment, it is imperative that you are not: tanned, under any heavy medication, pregnant, breast feeding, and that you drink water throughout the day. It is mandatory that all patients receiving laser treatments are not tanned 2-3 weeks before the appointment. For Laser Hair Removal treatments, areas being treated must be clean shaven the night before every treatment. Clients with appointments scheduled must arrive on time to avoid penalization. It his highly suggested that clients arrive 10 minutes early to avoid lateness from traffic or other forms of unexpected delays.

 

No-Children Policy

Due to past events, we will not conduct treatment on any client bringing in any unattended children under the age of 12. This policy is strictly enforced as our staff will not be able to watch over or babysit children for any duration.

 

Late/Cancellation Policy

We are by appointment only. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, or forfeiting one of your treatments or a dollar value of $50 against your account may result. Late appointment arrivals of 5 minutes or more may also result in the forfeiting of your treatment. If you must cancel your appointment we require you to call the office at 407-440-2025. Noise Policy

LightTouch Med Spa features services such as: HydraFacials, and Injectable Services. Due to the nature of these services, we require that you maintain an adequate noise level while in the Clinic.

 

Code of Conduct

We highly value your business. In any circumstances, we require that you and any affiliated persons brought with you to the Clinic conduct yourselves in a professional and civilized manner. Any unprofessional or uncivilized conduct will immediately result in the expulsion from the premises, the cancellation of all current and future treatments without refund. We appreciate your participation and consideration in respecting our staff members.
